What we provide

Everything a good home should give

Our homes are intermediate care facilities for adults with developmental disabilities. That means real homes in real neighborhoods, with the care and support each person needs.

A safe, warm home

Comfortable bedrooms, shared living spaces and a household routine that feels like family, not a facility.

Nursing support

Nursing care and medication support, coordinated with each resident's doctors and health team.

Healthy meals

Home-cooked, balanced meals that respect each person's diet, preferences and health needs.

Life-skills training

Step-by-step training in daily living skills, so every resident can do a little more for themselves.

Recreation & outings

Activities, hobbies and trips into the community that keep days active, social and fun.

Individual care plans

A personal plan for every resident, built with the person, their family and their care team.

Our approach

Growth takes time. We give it time.

A sculpture is not made in a day. It takes patience, many small careful steps, and someone who believes in what it can become.

That is how we see our work. We never rush people. We celebrate small wins, like learning a new routine, trying a new food or making a new friend, because over months and years, small wins add up to a fuller life.
